Registration: Guests and any other persons entering the campsite must present themselves at Reception with a valid photo ID, for themselves and for each member of their household, in order to comply with legal registration requirements. Registered guests will be issued with an identification wristband, which is compulsory, personal and non-transferable; it allows for immediate identification and can prevent repeated and inconvenient checks by our staff who are responsible for your safety. It helps to reduce unauthorised use and prevents unauthorised persons from using the services you have paid for and which are intended exclusively for you. Guests are required to check the accuracy of the registration details, to report any discrepancies to the Management and to give prior notice of any changes, such as a change of pitch, the expected duration of stay, and the arrival and departure of persons (failure to comply with this provision will result in the loss of exemption from payment for the period of absence and the payment of the applicable tourist tax).

Visitors: The Management reserves the right to allow visitors and guests to enter during the designated daytime hours, on foot only and without pets, subject to the presentation of a valid ID and the issue of a short-term permit (maximum 1 hour), subject to the season and the campsite’s operational requirements. Should a visitor or guest extend their visit, they are required to pay the applicable fee as per the price list. The customer is required to ensure that their visitors have authorisation from the Management and is responsible for their behaviour within the Campsite. Entry to the campsite by unauthorised persons is strictly prohibited. Anyone found on the premises without authorisation will therefore be reported for trespass under Article 614 of the Italian Criminal Code.

Cars: Only one vehicle per pitch/mobile home is permitted on the campsite. Additional cars are permitted only for loading and unloading; thereafter, they must be parked in the designated car park. Any second cars will be charged as extra vehicles. The speed of vehicles within the holiday complex must not exceed 5 km/h.

Accommodation: Pitches and accommodation units are allocated by Reception. For obvious organisational reasons, it is strictly forbidden to move from your allocated pitch without authorisation; occupying a pitch other than the one allocated is permitted only with the express written authorisation of Reception. Out of respect for neighbours, for safety reasons and to preserve the natural aesthetic typical of a campsite, all equipment must be neatly arranged within the boundaries of the pitch or in the area adjacent to the accommodation; any additional tarpaulins or sheets are particularly unwelcome due to their unsightly impact on the environment.

Check-out: Guests must vacate the accommodation on the final day of their stay by the following times: by 12:00 noon if staying in a campervan, caravan or tent; by 10:00 am if staying in a mobile home. Staying beyond the specified time is permitted only in exceptional cases of force majeure or if agreed in advance with the Management.

Payment: Payment for your stay must be made no later than the day before your departure date, unless payment is made within two days of arrival in the case of a booking, or in the event that advance payment is requested by the Management at its sole discretion. Late arrival or early departure will result in payment for the entire booked period, even if the pitch or mobile home is re-let. Early arrival does not entitle the guest to an early check-in. In the event of a delay, the pitch will remain available to the guest until 12:00 noon on the following day, and mobile homes until 15:00 on the day following the arrival date specified at the time of booking.

Pets: Dogs are permitted on pitches provided they are not left unattended and do not disturb others; they are prohibited in mobile homes, on the beach, in the playground, in the dishwashing area and in the toilet facilities; they must be kept on a lead and taken outside the campsite to relieve themselves. Should a dog soil the area, it is the owner’s responsibility to clean it up and leave the space clean for everyone.

Safety: In accordance with the new fire safety regulations, caravans, tents and motorhomes must be positioned in the centre of the pitch, leaving a clear space of at least one metre between them and neighbouring pitches, so as to maintain a minimum distance of two metres from the adjacent unit. Please note that cars must be parked in the designated parking area. The new fire safety regulations emphasise the need for utmost care with gas cylinders, which must not be exposed to direct sunlight, and only one cylinder is permitted per pitch. Campers must check the gas connection hose frequently. The use of charcoal barbecues is permitted only if a safe distance is maintained from the accommodation unit, neighbours are not disturbed, the ground is not damaged, and the utmost care is taken with the fire.

Quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am. At all times, it is good practice to keep noise levels to a minimum and to behave in a manner that fully respects other guests.

Prohibitions: The following are strictly prohibited:

– Parking cars on other pitches, even temporarily, even if they are vacant

– Dumping waste water into drains, as the water flows directly into the lake

– Damaging vegetation or equipment; wasting or misusing water

– Using cars and motorbikes to move around within the campsite; driving within the campsite between 23:00 and 08:00

– Moving to other pitches without authorisation

– Positioning your vehicle differently from where you have been allocated by the Management

Responsibility: The local authorities have decreed that separate waste collection is strictly mandatory. All guests are asked to cooperate by using the designated bins for glass, paper, aluminium, plastic, organic waste and general waste located in the designated area.

Guests are required to use the toilet facilities in a civilised and proper manner; these must be left after use in the same condition in which you would wish to find them.

The Management accepts no liability for any damage or theft suffered by guests.

Anyone found vandalising the facilities and equipment of the holiday complex will be immediately expelled; adults will be held responsible for the behaviour of their children and any minors in their care, who must not disturb the peace and safety of the campsite’s guests. Failure to comply will result in the entire family being removed from the campsite. In any case, anyone who fails to comply with the above rules and disturbs the peace of others will be removed from the premises, subject to payment of the full amount for the booked period.
